HENDERSON COUNTY EXPANSION PROJECT
The proposed Henderson County Expansion Project (Project) will support the
future generation needs of CenterPoint Energy's (CenterPoint) AB Brown Power
Plant in Posey County, Indiana. This Project is an important component of
CenterPoint's electric generation transition plan, supporting renewable
resources and replacing retiring coal-fired units. The Project includes the
installation of an approximately 24-mile, 20-inch natural gas lateral in
Henderson County, Kentucky and Posey County, Indiana and will require the
installation of additional compression and other modifications at Texas Gas's
existing Slaughters Compressor Station in Webster County, Kentucky. Texas
Gas's Project along with CenterPoint's project will facilitate a substantial
net reduction in overall greenhouse gas emissions. For the latest information,

EUNICE RELIABILITY AND LAKE CHARLES SUPPLY PROJECT
The Eunice Reliability and Lake Charles Supply Project (Eunice Reliability
Project) supports the long-term reliability of its interstate pipeline system
while simultaneously modernizing existing facilities to reduce emissions and
noise. The project includes the replacement of reciprocating engines with two
new gas turbine engines at the existing Eunice Compressor Station located in
Acadia Parish, Louisiana and will bring Perryville, Louisiana supplies to the
Lake Charles area, enhancing the energy infrastructure in the region. For the

PARKS LINE UPGRADE AND SORRENTO STATION PROJECT
The Parks Line Upgrade and Sorrento Station Project (PLUSS Project) is
designed to increase the capacity of Boardwalk’s natural gas pipeline system
in southern Louisiana. The project enhances energy accessibility and
reliability while accommodating rising capacity needs. Activities include
constructing a new compressor station in Ascension Parish, Louisiana, and
replacing segments of existing pipeline in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana. For

KOSCIUSKO JUNCTION PIPELINE PROJECT
The Kosciusko Junction Pipeline Project (Kosci Junction Project) enhances the
safe and reliable delivery of natural gas to support heating, industrial use,
and power generation to residents and businesses in Mississippi. The project
includes approximately 110 miles of new pipeline, the construction of two new
compressor stations in Attala and Holmes counties, Mississippi, and
modifications to existing compressor stations in Washington and Humphreys
counties, Mississippi. These upgrades improve system capacity, support
economic growth, and ensure long-term energy security. For the latest

SOUTHEAST COMPRESSION FOR UTILITY RELIABILITY EXPANSION PROJECT
The Southeast Compression for Utility Reliability Expansion Project (SECURE
Project) expands Gulf South’s existing system to increase capacity and improve
natural gas flow along the eastern Gulf Coast region. The project includes a
new compressor station in Hinds County, Mississippi, and enhancements at three
existing compressor stations in Jasper and Forrest counties, Mississippi, and
Madison Parish, Louisiana. These system improvements support growing energy
demands and power generation needs while integrating modernized infrastructure
to Gulf South’s system. For the latest information,
