Boardwalk Pipelines, LP ("Boardwalk"), through its Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP (“Gulf South”) and Boardwalk Mississippi Intrastate, LLC (“BMI”) subsidiaries, has been provided development funding from SeaOne Gulfport, LLC ("SeaOne") to begin designing and engineering the proposed Gulfport Expansion Project.

Project Description

  • Approximately eighty-five miles of BMI pipeline, including pump and meter stations, designed to deliver up to 165,000 barrels of propane and butane per day; and

  • Approximately eight miles of Gulf South pipeline and facilities designed to deliver up to 1,600,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day.

The pipelines will be constructed, owned and operated by Gulf South and BMI.

Purpose & Need

The purpose of the Gulfport Expansion Project is to supply propane, butane, and natural gas from Boardwalk's proposed pipeline facilities to the SeaOne compressed gas liquid facility located in the Port of Gulfport.  The supply will be exported to diverse and growing markets in the Caribbean and South America in an effort to better serve residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
