South Pipeline Company, LP (“Gulf South”) is a “web-like” interstate
natural gas pipeline system that gathers gas from basins between Texas and
Alabama and delivers it to on-system markets within its footprint and to
off-system markets in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast through
interconnections with third-party pipelines. Gulf South is located
entirely in the Gulf Coast states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and
Florida. Gulf South also owns and operates salt-dome and reservoir
natural gas storage facilities in Mississippi and Louisiana.
Gulf South is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with operational
offices in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.

Eight salt-dome natural gas storage caverns in Mississippi, having approximately 45.5 Bcf of total storage capacity, of which approximately 28.6 Bcf is designated as working gas capacity.
- Two reservoir natural-gas storage fields located in Louisiana and Mississippi, having aggregate storage capacity of approximately 131.4 Bcf of gas, of which approximately 83.5 Bcf is designated as working gas capacity.
The markets directly served by the Gulf South system are generally located in eastern Texas, Louisiana, southern Mississippi, southern Alabama, and the Florida panhandle. These markets include:

Regional supply hubs and market centers: offshore Louisiana; Perryville, LA; Henry Hub, LA; Agua Dulce, TX; and Carthage, TX;
